Returns & Exchanges:

Did your item not work out?! Remember, you can ALWAYS reach out to use prior to your purchase so we can help you select the perfect fit/size/item for you! If you still aren't diggin' it though, we get that, too! Please review the policy below! 

  • We will accept returns for store credit at the purchase price or an exchange. No refunds.
  • All items must be returned in unworn, unused conditions with tags still attached. We have the right to deny any item.
  • If an item is unacceptable, it will be either returned to you at your expense or donated to the nearest shelter. This may include pet hair, smell, stains, etc. at our discretion. 
  • You will be responsible for return shipping. Please ship with tracking to ensure delivery.
  • To be eligible for return, you must return the item to The Vintage Belle Boutique within 15 days. We will not be responsible if your item does not arrive. 
  • Any body care, makeup, sale, clearance or special sale items are FINAL SALE unless otherwise noted. 
  • Include NAME and order number in the return package.

Once your item(s) has been processed we will notify you via your customer account email on how to redeem your store credit. Store credit will expire after 3 months. 
If you have received a defective or damaged item you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. No exceptions. Item photo must then be emailed to us showing the tag still attached.
